Nurturing and driving performance through coaching

Monday 12 August

As leaders, one of our key tasks is to grow people.

Through effective coaching, we can create powerful transformation.

In this workshop you will learn how to coach in ways that motivate and drive change and performance. You will explore and actively apply three levels of coaching that can be used with the workplace beginner through to the more experienced member.

Difficult conversations

Monday 9 September

A full day exploring and actively applying different conversational approaches to support conflict resolution, performance management and behavioural-related issues that arise in the workplace. Come prepared to participate!

Strategic and Systems thinking and planning for change leadership

Monday 11 November

Defining and developing strategy are key skills in leadership. Doing this in a way that is both collaborative and clear underpins the strategic process.

Communication of your collective strategy and systems for keeping this visible throughout are vital to the sustainability of any change initiative.

In this workshop you will learn, experience and apply key thinking processes for strategic design.

You will learn how to apply a systems-thinking approach to communicate strategy.

You will apply this learning into an initiative you wish to lead in your own context.
